Shawn Milam, President
Shawn Milam brings over 25 years of experience to his role as President of Brody Transportation. His career in the truck leasing industry began in 1997 with an entry-level position at Penske Truck Leasing. He then honed his skills at Metro Truck Leasing for 16 years, steadily rising through the ranks from Salesperson to Sales Manager.
In 2018, Shawn joined Brody Transportation as Senior Vice President and was named President in the fall of 2024. He is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and leading sales initiatives.
Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Towson University.
Tim Quigg, CFO
Tim leads the company’s financial strategy, including managing accounting procedures and cultivating relationships with banks and lenders. He is responsible for driving company growth to increase profitability while optimizing expenditures.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Towson University. He brings valuable experience from both private business and public accounting.
Dustin Leight, Service Operations Manager
Dustin leads Brody Transportation’s eight Service Departments, optimizing workflow and developing efficient practices to drive team growth and business expansion. With over 22 years of experience in the automotive industry, his career has progressed from ASE Certified Service Technician to Sales Representative and, for the past 14 years, to management.

Brett Miller, Vice President of Sales
After serving his country as an Army veteran, Brett earned a finance degree from the University of Maryland. He gained valuable sales experience in various roles before joining Ryder, where he spent 12 years advancing from the rental counter to Business Development Manager. Brett joined Brody Transportation in the spring of 2024 to contribute to the company’s growth initiatives.

Bill Pratt, Director of Trailer Sales
Bill Pratt brings over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry to his role as Director of Trailer Sales at Brody Transportation. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Bill served his country with dedication until 1993, instilling in him the values of discipline, leadership, and a strong work ethic.
Since joining Brody Transportation in 2015, Bill has been a key part of our success, starting as a trailer parts salesman and quickly proving himself as a trusted expert in the field. Over the last five years, Bill has expanded his role to focus on both new and used trailer sales, helping Brody Transportation grow into a leader in the trailer sales industry.
With his deep industry knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction, Bill continues to drive our sales team to new heights, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality products and service.
